    On two occasions a couple of years apart I stopped in Mark’s around 5:45 with the intention of spending 5 minutes in there at the most as they were closing at 6. Both times I was confronted with hostility as the staff did things in preparation for closing. One girl was very hostile glaring at me and saying “we’re CLOSING at 6! It was 5:50. It’s one of the only stores in which I’ve ever had this experience as I’m very conscious about when businesses close and make sure to exit on time.
