  I am a novice in the practice of yoga and I am happy today to discover Amanda's classes. We are lulled by her voice and the live music of the hangdrum. We feel good, relax and safe. We hear the parquet crack under our feet and the light is soothing. thank you

  We are so lucky to have this space in Nelson. So many amazing staff and patrons alike to gain inspiration from. Found myself attending multiple classes a week and giving Amanda's awesome Contemporary Yoga and Dance class every Thursday, a try. Looking forward to seeing the space grow and thrive in our little town! Thanks Santé
