  If you have the opportunity, shop elsewhere. It's not worth the aggravation. I only chose one star because that's the only way I could get this message posted. If there were a minus star, I would have chosen it.

  This is the worst store for service on Baker Street. The staff in this store don't care how they treat their clientele. It's a miracle that they stay in business.

  Pretty decent selection for a small downtown store. Prices are good. Most of the staff seem helpful, and look like they actually enjoy their jobs. I am only docking points for two reasons:

  1) The whistling guy that works there really needs to shut up. I have avoided your store in favour of the other Home Hardware in town, so as to not have to endure your acoustic torture.

  The staff is friendly and cheerful. There is always someone available to give advice. They seem to know their product well. Today I went in for a specific product for a project and got great advice to buy something else (chraper) that would do the job better and faster. Nice.
